 Due to some delicate fabrics used on these style bags they are prone to snags if used on poor quality boards or concrete/rough playing surfaces. ALL SALES ARE FINAL, Refunds and or replacements will not be accepted due to surface snags on these bags or any other user error that causes defects. If there is a defect in the manufacturing process, we will replace the affected bag up to 30 days from original purchase date and to the original purchaser only. Secondhand purchases will not be replaced under any circumstances. Thank you
